PaStation
Authentic Italian hospitality on Tottenham Court Road, turned into a destination the whole of London queues for.
About Project
PaStation London is an Italian restaurant on Tottenham Court Road always refining their offerings, space and the level of service in constant pursuit of a higher standard. PaStation came to us with a limited following, inconsistent posting without any strategy, and no real way to share what made the place special. We rebuilt their digital presence from the ground up: a consistent social media presence with posting designed to actually communicate what PaStation is really about to an engaged audience, a new website with bespoke ordering functionality, a Google Business Profile turned from a neglected listing into an actively managed one with every single review answered, and a paid ad strategy built to do two jobs at once — keeping regulars updated on new dishes and seasonal changes while pulling in customers who'd never heard of PaStation yet. That shift went far beyond the feed. We built influencer campaigns that put PaStation in front of new audiences, partnered with local student societies to embed the restaurant in the neighbourhood, and turned every shoot into more than food photography — staff became recurring characters, and the space and the dishes were treated with the same cinematic care as any campaign film. Demand followed: PaStation has since renovated twice, adding an entire upstairs seating area purely to accommodate the guests coming through the door, with queues wrapping around the block and customers waiting the best part of half an hour just for a table. What started as a restaurant with a loyal but quiet following is now one of the busiest in London. With further expansion, including sites in Italy and with new sites in London already in motion. Still unapologetically Italian. Just with the whole of London queuing to prove it.
