Ravens came to us with a limited, largely dormant online presence and a booking pattern that only really peaked on Fridays and Saturdays — real talent that wasn't translating into a full week of demand. We rebuilt their digital identity from scratch: a redesigned website built to convert, commercial space and staff photography that gave the shop a proper visual identity, and a steady stream of content across Instagram and TikTok backed by paid campaigns designed to bring in new customers, not just views. The results reshaped how the shop operates day to day. Ravens is now fully booked across the entire week rather than just weekends, with demand strong enough that they've had to recruit new staff — sourced in part through our own social presence and ad campaigns. Their Google Business Profile is now consistently one of the highest-ranking barbershop listings in the area, built on hundreds of new reviews we helped generate. What started as a shop with untapped talent is now one of the busiest and best-reviewed barbershops in its part of London.
